you can sign up in advance for 3 one-hour slots per month. these slots can be on 3 different days or all on the same day.

time slots run from 9-10, 10-11 and 11-12.

if a slot is unclaimed on the preceding monday, you can claim it and it will not count toward your 3 monthly slots.

rained out dates can be rescheduled in the same month if there are empty slots.
